I have purchased several houses now using Kelly Harmon, and just recently sold one of them. It is always a pleasure working with Kelly, he is very knowledgeable in his field. There are many things to talk about, but the one that mostly sticks out is his ability to move things along and push to meet dead lines. Kelly is very involved in his profession and has heart, he cares. There have been many times he worked late and from home, pushing the envelope to make sure we were are in good shape and ahead of the ball. Another note, I don't think I would ever use another realtor. For things that Kelly has pointed out for me, he has saved me time, money, and headaches. My wife and I recently moved from the Seattle area to the Boise area. We elected to have a home constructed for us in the Boise area, but were somewhat nervous of not being in the area to oversee the construction. Kelly Harmon went far above and beyond what I expected on every occasion. He saved us quite a bit of money during the negotiation, pushed the builder to get us accurate information, and guided us through every bit of the process. While we were in Seattle, Kelly visited the construction site and sent weekly pictures of the progress. When dealing with the builder and/or seller, Kelly doesn't take any crap. He doesn't stand for anyone taking advantage of his clients. He's quick to point out flaws in a property so you can make an informed decision. When dealing with us, he was lighthearted and fun, while still paying the highest attention to our needs.
