Kelly Hendrickson

Kelly Hendrickson is a lifelong resident of Pierce County. Following graduation from high school, she enrolled at Clover Park VTI and studied Banking and Finance.

After her career in banking at BECU, she switched gears and took the position of Office Manager for a furniture company & property management company.

In 2005 she obtained her real estate license and has been enjoying a career in real estate ever since. She was the first broker to join Better Properties Summit and has since become the Designated Broker.

She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. In the last five years she has had the opportunity to buy and rehab a few of her own homes. She is also a WSHFC Trained Home Buyer Education Instructor. Real estate is Kelly’s passion, and she would love the opportunity to work with you regarding all of your real estate needs.
When Kelly is not working in real estate, she is busy serving on the board for Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals as the Community Outreach Director and recently became the AUSA President for the Lakewood/UP Subchapter Captain Meriwether Lewis Chapter.
