I acquired my Associate Brokers license in May of 2011 after completing an additional 75 hours of classroom training and passing the local board exam, as well as, the state exam. I have assisted and completed over 100 residential real estate sales. My focus is working with first time homebuyers, transactions dealing with investment properties and selling residential properties in Livingston and Wyoming Counties. I do work outside of these areas on a case-by-case basis.
