Born and raised in Rye, New York, Kelly’s former employment as a regional sales representative in the fashion industry often brought her to Rhode Island, where she had an instinctual connection to the seaside communities. Kelly, her partner Charley, and their puppy Eliza reside in South Kingstown, Rhode Island.
