We recently relocated to Kentucky from Illinois and through a referral from a friend, we were introduced to Kelly Hubbuch from REMAX. From the first introductory phone conversation with Kelly, we knew we were in good hands. Kelly was very attentive, listened to our needs, respectful of our budget, extremely knowledgeable, and available when we were able to come into town. She knows the Louisville area very well and was able to guide us in our house search whether with new construction or an existing home. When we needed additional information, she knew who to call and was able to provide us the information quickly. We ended up purchasing a new construction house in development and Kelly was excellent in managing the process between ourselves and the builder. In fact, she called us on Thanksgiving day letting us know our offer had bee accepted. Many times she stopped by our new home and either called us on FaceTime or took pictures sending to us in Illinois showing us the progress along the way. This meant the world to us in helping feel like we were there. These are just a few of the personal touches Kelly adds to the home buying process that make her an excellent realtor and now friend. Even though I know we were not her only clients at the time, we certainly felt as if we were. I would highly recommend Kelly Hubbuch to anyone looking for a home. You will not be disappointed.

Kelly recently represented me as the seller of my mother's home after she moved into a memory care facility. Emptying her home of year's of memories and possessions was tough enough without the added burden of actually selling it. Kelly was sensitive to the situation and made the experience effortless. It's no wonder the communication I received from the REMAX Results office were signed from the Seamless Transaction team. I can't recommend Kelly enough. She knows her stuff and it shows.

My husband and I were looking for a realtor to handle the sale of 3 lots in Spencer County. We asked around for recommendations and Kelly was highly recommended. We are so glad she handled everything for us! There’s not a better realtor around, and we have used many in various moves over the years.
Kelly was professional, courteous, creative in how she listed the properties (she even used drones to capture the beauty of the land), excellent at communicating everything with us and just an absolute pleasure to do business with.

As first time home sellers, we were unsure of the process and how things would work. Kelly made the process easy and efficient. We had a pretty crazy schedule to work around but she always made it work for us. We had an offer on our house within 12 hours! Kelly is amazing. When we couldn’t find what we wanted in a house she put us in touch with a builder that worked with us and built us the house of our dreams. She had all the right contacts that made it seamless from the builder to the Mortage company that helped us along our journey. Absolutely the best and nicest person and realtor.
