Kelly Jo Fretto

I grew up in Waterloo, Iowa and spent most of my life there, until I made the decision to move to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I am very familiar with both communities and all of the small towns in between and surrounding both of them. I love both of these growing cities and being in Real Estate gives me a chance to be able to get involved and give back to the communities I love. I pride myself on really taking the time to learn what my client wants and needs are in a house so that we are on the same page when we are house hunting. I don't want my clients to have buyer remorse or overpay for a property and be upside down when they want to sell in the future. I'm passionate about my career and each and every client of mine is like an extended family of friend to me. Buying and selling a home is not only a financial investment, but often an emotional one. I am here to guide you every single step of the way.
