With over 14 years of experience, Kelly's knowledge has led her to consistently lead successful negotiations. Kelly Kannel represents buyers, sellers and investors in Calaveras, Amador, San Joaquin, and Alameda Counties.

Having raised three children in the rural area of Valley Springs, she understands the needs of families moving to the area. Kelly’s work and community involvement has led her to create relationships within this community that she can bring to the table to help her clients with any of their needs.

Some of my community involvement includes: 4H Booster member and leader, FFA Booster for over 10 years and President for 5 years, Calaveras Frog Jump Fair supporter, Para Educator in a local school, extensively involved in working with the youth in the community, and board member and active supporter of a summer camp for youth in Mendocino County.

Kelly Kannel is not among the best of the best, she truly is the best of the best!! She went above and beyond anything we could have expected and was a pleasure to work with!! Kelly not only did an amazing job at finding us our dream home but she picked up all the slack from our selling agent in the Bay Area. This was our third home so we have dealt with several agents before, I just wish we met Kelly sooner because it was a night and day differences with the experiences we had. Kelly kept us on track with what we were looking for, didn’t let us settle or veer from the list of requirements we had and never wasted our time with listings that didn’t suit us or that were out of our price point.
