Through the many stages in the real estate process, Kelly advises her clients as if they were family. Kelly is focused on residential real estate in South Orange County, selling properties from San Clemente to Coto de Caza to Laguna Beach. Her clients appreciate her attentiveness to their needs and persistence in making the deal happen. When inventory is low, she has been known to find unlisted homes for her buyers. And, when it is important to the client, she can sell properties off-market. Kelly previously worked with Berkshire Hatthaway HomeServices and Pacific Sotheby's International Realty before moving to the boutique luxury brand of Cove Canyon Realty in Summer 2023.

Beyond residential real estate, Kelly has been recruited to specialize in the investment sector. She easily switches gears to advise investors on properties with ideal cap rates based on the local market or flip opportunities. A savvy marketer, her clients trust her to present income properties in the appropriate light to attract suitable buyers.

Prior to real estate, Kelly worked as a TV News Reporter and Anchor across the county—from reporting on blizzards in Upstate New York to investigating crime in Baltimore to covering early morning news in San Diego—the newsroom taught Kelly lessons on storytelling and problem solving that she uses every day as a Realtor.

Originally from New Jersey, Kelly has happily planted roots in South Orange County with her husband and three children. She is the Chair of the San Clemente Downtown Business Association and past president of the Talega Moms Club.
