Kelly Losquadro is the best realtor (buying and selling) we have ever worked with in our 30 years of experience. She is amazing on so many levels. Ms. Losquadro is professional, competent, focused, organized, and thorough. She is constantly thinking through all the moving pieces, helping us to see several steps ahead, never letting anything drop along the way.

Ms. Losquadro is also so patient and such a calming presence during a stressful and uncertain time and process. Ms. Losquadro is obviously very focused and impassioned about her responsibilities as a realtor but her demeanor with us is soothing; she was constantly reassuring us with “Don’t worry, we will get this figured out together.”

We called Ms. Losquadro when the opportunity to purchase our dream home in our dream neighborhood suddenly became available. She arranged for a same day appointment to view the house We realized after that visit we were definitely interested in the house and asked Ms. Losquadro if she was available later in the evening so we could walk through again with a general contractor friend. Ms. Losquadro rearranged her life schedule to meet our needs. She immediately provided us with a local mortgage corporation to obtain a Conditional Loan Approval letter while she drafted the terms of our bid. We had to act within 24 hours to ensure the successful outcome of a contract.

Ms. Losquadro’s amazing customer service continued throughout the entire sell/buy process. We encountered a couple of emergency situations which she helped us quickly resolve. She was always available to answer all questions and address every concern. Ms. Losquadro is always looking out for her client’s best interests.

Ms. Losquadro made suggestions about future maintenance and care of the house/yard and when we asked for reliable professionals, she provided contact information that we have utilized with positive results.

When the buyers of our house had to move the settlement date, Ms. Losquadro was out of town but ensured that Ms. Michelle Hodos was with us at the settlement table. When we questioned an item on the settlement sheet, Ms. Hodos made several calls and provided a thorough explanation that made us comfortable with the transaction. Ms. Losquadro and Ms. Hodos never consider any question or concern too trivial, ensuring their clients walk away satisfied with the end results.

Ms. Losquadro is professional, honest, thorough, patient, protective, and genuinely caring person. We are eternally grateful to Ms. Losquadro and can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Ms. Losquadro watches out for the wellbeing of her clients from a financial, transactional, and emotional level. The emotional level was especially important to us, especially in this stage of our lives. We are now joyfully residing in our dream home.

If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond, answer your questions quickly, effectively, and completely, keep you informed and take a vested interest in your needs, then look no further!!

If there was an option to give 10 stars, Kelly deserves them all.

My neighbor recommended Kelly to me nearly 3 years ago, when I was just thinking about selling, but not quite ready. Kelly came out and visited my home to give me an idea of what I should be able to sell it for, complete with a net sheet that gave me an idea of what type of funds I could walk away with at closing. I advised that I was looking to do a few minor renovations and she shared feedback on what she found buyers were looking for and gave advice on areas that don't really add value and aren't worth the spend. All this, without a contract, without me even being ready to sell - just Kelly being awesome and helpful. She even sent me paint sample colors to help me pick out what was trending in the market.

She followed up with me over those 3 years - seeing how I was doing, checking on my progress, asking if I needed anything - again, no contract, just Kelly being Kelly.

When it was time to list, Kelly was the obvious choice. I knew that anyone who could invest that type of time in me without a contract would support me and my needs with one...and she was phenomenal.

She was very clear and concise when it came to things I needed to know or do. She was quick to respond to emails and texts (almost always within the hour, if not within minutes). She kept me well informed and orchestrated the complicated things in the background. She set me up with a wonderful photographer and excellent staging company - both did a fantastic job - so much so that it was hard to want to sell the home after seeing how beautifully everything came together!

Going above and beyond - she even helped me maintain the property. She would stop by the house and check on it after there had been showings - making sure lights were off and floors were wiped down where necessary and would let me know if the grass looked like it needed to be mowed. It was great to have that extra set of eyes on the property after we had moved out.

Again, I'd give her 10 stars if I could; she deserves every one!
