Kelly is a highly accomplished residential Real Estate professional with 25+ years of industry experience and together with her business partner Susan, they have closed a combined $1 billion during their careers. As a proven top producer, Kelly is known for her comprehensive market knowledge, impressive network, discretion with her clients and distinct eye for quality in homes across the Metroplex.

Kelly grew up in Springfield, Illinois and graduate from Stephens College in Columbia, MO with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. She moved to Dallas from Chicago in 1993 and soon began working with a national home builder, where she became well-versed in the intricacies of sales, design and construction. Kelly then began selling for custom builders and one of the area’s largest land developers in the acclaimed neighborhoods of Southlake’s Estes Park, Shady Oaks, Clariden Ranch, Keller’s Bourland Oaks and Westlake’s Terra Bella. Kelly has produced a large and impressive resale book of business. She has a diverse background in every phase of the real estate transaction, supplying invaluable experience and knowledge that helps both her buying and selling clients. Kelly has been consistently recognized among the area’s highest top producers. As one of Ebby’s most successful agents through the years, in February 2019 Kelly was asked to serve on a Luxury Portfolio International panel speaking to thousands of luxury residential Realtors at their annual conference.

Kelly and her husband Donnie live in Westlake and raised their two boys through the Southlake Carroll Independent School District. Her son Carter graduated from SMU and was recently married to Lexi. Chandler graduated from Baylor and now works in Dallas. Kelly has always been a resolute supporter of giving back and has been an active volunteer and supporter in the community. She and her family are members at Gateway Church and are actively involved with their small life group.
