Kelly Mosco

Kelly Mosco grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey. With her corporate career came a string of relocations, including Charlotte, NC, Houston, TX, Philadelphia, PA, and Orlando, FL, before she was finally moved to the Tampa Bay area. Because of this, Kelly has an extensive personal knowledge of the other side of the real estate process. She understands the feelings that come along with the journey, and works hard to make the experience the best it can be for all involved.
After over ten years as a sales representative throughout Hillsborough County and Pinellas County, Kelly possesses an in depth familiarity with the surrounding cities. She specializes in the greater Tampa area, including West Chase, Avila, Odessa, Carrollwood, and South Tampa. She is experienced in new constructions and fosters close relationships with builders throughout Tampa Bay.
Kelly cares about her clients! She firmly believes that every client deserves a personalized and focused real estate experience—she strives to form strong bonds in order to create an effortless, individualized process every time. Kelly personally sees each contract through from beginning to end, ensuring that each buying or selling journey is handled with the greatest care and influenced by a personal connection.
Kelly is a mother to three children, each of whom has inherited her attitude of achievement and her strong work ethic. Still, even as she balances the demands of parenting and a career, Kelly dedicates her extra time to volunteering for the Perillo-Stafford Leukemia Foundation, raising money for children to receive bone marrow transplants and medical care.
