Kelly has helped navigate a very fast moving and complicated Florida real estate market (Spring 2021). She has been very easy to work with, even going as far as driving hours south of Tampa to help get us into properties.

Kelly is a hard worker - I came into Florida without a recommendation for a realtor, so finding someone who was eager was important. Kelly was the only realtor I reached out to (after searching Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com... etc) who actually put effort into our first engagements. Where other realtors sort of brushed me away, she immediately started helping find properties that fit my needs. Mid way through the process, I tossed a curveball at her - instead of an older property I could gut and rehab, I decided I wanted none of that extra work and would now be looking for new constructions. Kelly was able to get me into properties that fit my new target right away.

From the very beginning of our home search, Kelly proved she was a dedicated, honest and extremely conscientious real estate agent. We had some strange and difficult situations come up with the house we went under contract with, but each time an event surfaced, Kelly was there to put out the fire almost immediately!
