Originally from Pennsylvania, Kelly traded in cold long winters for sunshine all year round. After years of traveling as a flight attendant, Kelly adopted the philosophy that your home should be your favorite destination. She enjoys working diligently to help her customers find a home that fits that description.

Kelly has over 7 years of experience helping buyers and sellers acquire properties and over 20 years of sales experience. She specializes in relocations from other States as well as within the County. She has a vast knowledge of Lifestyle Communities and new construction developments in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Her strong negotiation and organizational skills along with her positive energy and professional attitude allow clients to feel relaxed and excited about their buying or selling process. Kelly has built her business model with integrity, reliability and white-glove service which promotes return business and customer loyalty.

Kelly’s experience and love for Interior Decorating give her a special skill set to help her customers see the potential of their new home. When selling their current one, Kelly can use her design background and a professional stager to get the home market ready.

During her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities such as kayaking, beachcombing, and pickleball. Kelly and her husband have served the community for many years through Rotary International. One of her favorite contributions has been hosting over 10 foreign exchange students in their home.
