Kelly has gone above and beyond even after the purchase.. For instance: bringing Amazon boxes inside the house prior a storm hitting, helping with the setup of WiFi, trouble shooting AC thermostat, having the house deep cleaned prior to us visiting and setting us up with a wonderful designer to furnish the home.

I recently used Kelly to purchase a house here in the upper keys. She is by far one of the hardest working realtors in the business that I‘ve come across in 40 yrs. Not only does she answer the phone when you have a question, her inside knowledge of the Florida Keys housing market is second to none. Along with her realtor knowledge her local contacts within the keys is an asset most realtors cannot provide (Kelly was born and raised in the keys and knows everyone). If you need outside assistance, she has a reputable person she can put you in contact with. For example, I flew in town to see some properties with Kelly. Along with my list of houses, she also knew what others that I should look at that were similar. On the day the seller accepted my contract, Kelly knew I had to fly back out of town. She pulled some strings with her “Go-To” inspector. She was able to get the home inspected THAT AFTERNOON. No one has that kind of pull down here in the Keys. I would highly recommend her for both buying and selling your home. If you haven’t called Kelly, don’t make another mistake. Call her now. 10 STARS!

Yes, she got the deal done and sold our rental home in the Keys for over the asking price, and that is just one factor that makes me highly recommend her.

Our deal was not easy. The tenant who was being asked to move was angry and hostile. Kelly took the heat and navigated the situation with professionalism and kindness. Since we do not live in the area, Kelly did for us what we could not do without hesitation or complaint. Her communication was excellent, straightforward, and often even when the message was difficult.

She picks up when you call and is quick to get back with answers. Her local knowledge, vendors and connections adds to her value. Through the entire process, her guidance was spot-on and instrumental in the success of our sale.

If you need a real estate agent that has perseverance, call Kelly! We called on a property she had listed, made and offer which was accepted. It was a complicated transaction because the property was in the probate process. Many other players were involved in resolving all the legal issues. It took almost five months to close due to probate, but Kelly kept after all those involved and updated us on the situation a regular basis.

My grandson lives in key largo and it was hard to visit him because it was two hours from our home. As a first time home buyer, Kelly assured me she would "hold my hand" through the process, and she more than delivered.
Kelly was knowledgeable, communicative, kept me in the loop, & patient.
We saw 8 homes in one day, she was able to give us access to a home being finished and a home that came on the market the same day (which is the one we bought). She handled our party of 4 people well, ... answering all questions, and sharing info about the homes, the market, prices, the neighborhoods, (flood) zoning, and more.
Regarding availability, she was responsive and available any time I reached out despite it being a major holiday.
