Known for above and beyond service with a smile, Kelly Swanson brings a breadth of knowledge & experience to her Realtor life. A midwesterner from Iowa at heart, Kelly lived in Alaska, South Carolina, and Russia prior to moving to Maui in 2010 as a Certified Wine Specialist. Kelly always knew she'd have a career in Real Estate and a little over six years ago, she dove straight in! Shortly thereafter, she became a Certified International Property Specialist and earned her way into a position as Secretary General of the World Council of Brokers with the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI.
Kelly makes it her goal to overdeliver for each and every one of her clients. She thrives on authenticity and is comfortable working with first-time home buyers to investors in a variety of different property types. She is taking steps in order to earn the Certified Commercial Investment Member, CCIM designation as well. Locally, Kelly has sat on the Maui County Salary Commission for five years serving as Chair of the Commission for two and half of those years. She serves as a Director for the Hawaii Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation. She's also a member of the Government Affairs Committee and is the Upcountry Regional Director for the Realtor's Association of Maui.
An avid traveler, Kelly has explored over sixty countries and all seven continents. She's taken part in Real Estate conferences and conventions in Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and mainland US networking with all manner of professionals from almost every corner of the globe. In her free time, you can find Kelly in the ocean, on a hiking trail, watching whales, enjoying a sunset happy hour with friends at one of Maui's variety of dining establishments, at work improving her Upcountry home, or volunteering around the island.
