Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t even know where to begin with my house hunting! Kelly was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. We looked at a few houses and she always made herself available for me! In this market it is important to be able to see the home you love ASAP! I saw my house online and 3 hours later we were at the house! Less than 24 hours Kelly quickly helped me to get my offer together!! I definitely recommend Kelly to all homebuyers out there especially first timers!

As first time home buyers, we had no idea how to look for or buy a home, but Kelly explained EVERYTHING-- every step of the process, the lingo, and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she immediately found out and got back to us (in minutes, I'm not kidding). Kelly could even explain what home renovations would be major, and what would be no problem to spruce up. She was totally honest and transparent, and we knew we were in great hands.
We told Kelly what we were looking for, and after seeing just a couple of homes, it was like she could read our minds. She knew exactly what we were looking for, and never wasted our time with houses we wouldn't be comfortable with. We were only traveling on the weekends, and she was so efficient in setting up viewings for houses we wanted, and also ones she knew we would love. We know how hard she worked to help us find our perfect home in such a crazy market, where houses were going so fast, and there is no way we would have our beautiful home without her. I can't say enough good things about Kelly!  Call her up, you won't regret it.
