Kelly was fantastic throughout the process every detail was handled in prompt and professional manner. She is very knowledgeable of the housing market and exceeded my expectations. Our home was under contract in 7 days of listing and sold for well above listing price with competing offers. Highly recommend using her if you are buying or selling a property.

2020 has been a challenging year for everyone but as soon as the lockdown was lifted Kelly was on top of things with showings immediately of both our home and the property we were interested in. She 's conscientious and honest. When I'd ask her some goofy question, she'd say "I'm not quite sure but I'll find out and let you know" And she would get back to us almost immediately. Being there for us and being concerned with our needs was important and helped us tremendously.

We could have not asked for a better realtor in our journey to finding our forever home! Kelly worked very patiently and cohesively with us from day one. She was always very responsive & managed to get us in to view/tour homes almost immediately upon request. She knew what we were looking for and our price range and did not stray away from that. We can truly thank her for finding our forever home. She was the one who had contacted us about it before we even knew it was up for sale!..(& we checked online everyday!)
Additionally, she is one of the nicest, most down-to-earth professionals we have ever met. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is extremely helpful in explaining the entire buying/selling process.
