Kelly and Emily were fantastic communicators throughout the entire process of purchasing our home, we lived in Evergreen Colorado at the time. Kelly provided additional videos to us before making the decision to see the house in person, attended the inspection and appraisal when we couldn’t be there, met contractors at the house for estimates, passed along questions we had about the house to the Sellers, which we’re answered (our sellers were wonderful to work with!) she went above and beyond! Kelly has such a lovely and professional personality. Kelly & Emily are what I would call “platinum” realtors! Look no further when buy/selling your home in Crestone!
On a side note: There was another house we were interested in looking at however, we quickly changed our mind after speaking with with the rude local agent who made an inappropriate and unethical comment. Real estate use to have such high standards, it’s a shame that there’s some that are allowed to carry a license.

This is the second time we’ve used Kelly. This time, it was for a dream cabin in the Colorado Rockies. Throughout the process, she guided us with an open heart and even head, keeping in mind the emotions involved. Kelly is a fantastic realtor. This was my first time selling a home and I needed someone to walk me through the steps. She helped me feel oriented in the selling process and guided me along the way. She is professional and diligent. Everything was presented and submitted in a timely manner. She answered all of my questions clearly and with care.

There are not enough positive words in the English language to leave a glowing review for Kelly. The attention to detail and showing our home in such a beautiful way via video and pictures is unparalleled. Kelly is always quick to answer questions , even the silliest. I felt so supported. Not to mention that she is a delight to be around. We had a couple of hiccups with buyers ; but in the end Kelly was able to get the sale done perfectly. I have so much gratitude for an amazing experience.

I am so happy I did my research on local relators before choosing one for the purchase of our first home in Crestone! The heartwarming reviews left before me were the ones that led me to Kelly and I am forever grateful. This being my partner and I's first home buying experience, we were nervous and very overwhelmed at the start. The more we grew to know Kelly, the more we felt at ease and like we were in the best hands ever. Through this process, Kelly has been so friendly and incredibly responsive, someone I truly see as a friend and not just my realtor. She helped us navigate the bidding war housing market that is currently going on and in the end everything aligned and we closed on our DREAM home.
Emily was also a gem to work with. Kelly Weston is fantastic! She helped me buy my dream home in a crazy-fast seller's market, for less than the asking price, in less than 2 months. Wow! Some of the things that made the difference: Kelly is amazingly responsive. She got back to me right away about *everything.*. At several points in the process, we had to move *very fast,* and Kelly made it possible. She is also very savvy with negotiations. There was a competing offer on the house, and she advised me exactly what offer to make within my parameters to get us the best chance of going under contract. And then, the appraisal came in at a substantially lower number than the offer, and that had to be negotiated as well. And everything worked out! Kelly is also a lovely human being: kind, warm, positive, and with a great sense of humor. She made the whole process as easy as it can possibly be, even when the cards were not stacked in my favor originally. She is a star, and I'm super grateful to have had her expert help.
