About Kelly

Kelly has been a real estate Broker for more than 10 years and has an extensive background in marketing (14-plus years). Having worked with clients from all over, from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, Kelly can easily adapt to any situation, turning what may seem daunting into an enjoyable experience. She has lived in the Wilmington area for more than 25 years and currently lives in Hampstead with her son, Slater, her husband, Matt, and her sweet pups, Sandy and Hudson. She is active in the community, especially the Topsail High School PTSO, where she handles fundraising and teacher appreciation. She has worked in fundraising for many years, helping raise money for the Kiwanis Park scoreboard on the football field. In her free time, she loves being with her family, going out on our boat "Wiggin Out," and spending lazy days on the beach with friends. You might even find her on a tennis court on a pretty day.
