Kellyann is great to work with. She knows the area better than anyone and really understands the STR business. This was instrumental in picking through the inventory to find a home that really checked 10/10 features that we wanted for our property. Kellyann also was VERY patient with me as I played a lil hardball with the sellers and she really helped shake the deal and closed it like a Pro.

Kellyann was awesome. She worked with us when we were searching for our Deep Creek Lake getaway. She listened to our needs and wants and showed us a lot of homes over almost a year. Very patient!
We purchased a cabin that needed work, and she was able to negotiate a price that worked for us.

Then, when the time came to sell, we thought of no one but Kellyann. We had a contract within a week of listing. She worked hard and made sure the sale went through.

She is very knowledgeable about the area and local businesses. When I needed a recommendation on a service, she was the first one I called.
