Kelsey Howell

Kelsey Howell is a senior real estate agent with Realty Texas. Kelsey is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Energy Management and in Finance. During her college career, Kelsey worked simultaneously full-time as a bartender and certified corporate trainer at a major restaurant chain where she developed her skills and passion for customer retention, creative training techniques, and attentive customer service. After graduation, Kelsey received a full-time position as a Landman working at a major oil and gas company. During her Landman career, Kelsey negotiated oil and gas lease terms, analyzed and interpreted contractual documents, wrote and reviewed leases with mineral owners, performed due diligence for major divestitures, and ran title in the county courthouse.

In 2015, Kelsey combined her passion for helping others and her business acumen with a career in real estate to help educate and guide others to invest in their future. Kelsey states that real estate “completes the trifecta” combined with her contract experience and finance background. Kelsey Howell started her real estate career in Austin and understands what drives home buyers to the diverse capital city of Texas. Kelsey is dedicated to listening intently and matching her clients with the properties and neighborhoods that best suit their needs. Kelsey’s strengths are her ability to streamline a complex process and make her clients feel comfortable every step of the way.
