Kelsi Orr

This Rock Hill girl, born and raised, is a proud graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Area of Emphasis in Entrepreneurship. From college, she excelled in client relations and learned the ins and outs of personal finance in a banking industry role, but her love for animals drove her into a General Management position at a boutique dog training facility where she learned to manage a team and helped build systems for a growing business.

The book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" inspired her to take a leap of faith into the opportunistic world of real estate and she has never looked back. Within a few fast-paced years, she rose to the top 20% of her Keller Williams Market Center as a solo agent, all while on her journey of becoming a mother of two beautiful boys. She transitioned into a Director of Operations role in 2021 and remains an SC/NC licensed agent that continues to assist in property sales, with a specialty in land sales.
