My family and I found ourselves needing a Realtor, to help list and sell a family home. My family has owned the house since the 1970s and it is very sentimental to us. I got Kelsie's contact info from a neighbor, and contacted her for help. She is very professional, but also very personable and kind. She was very respectful of our feelings, and I felt I was working on getting the house ready to sell with a friend, not just another house to her. Kelsie answered all of our questions, and made herself very available to help us get through the process. I highly recommend Kelsie and the Real Estate Group for anyone needing help with any Real Estate issues. She also keeps her word on calling you back, lining up contractors for home repairs, explaining how the process works, all of the paperwork, etc..., that was very important to me. I would rate my experience as a 5 out of a 5, with absolutely no bad issues at all. I have already recommended Kelsie to friends and family. Contact Kelsie and you will not be disappointed.

Kelsie is an absolute TREASURE of a real estate agent! Her knowledge, communication and expertise are top notch. First time home buyer’s here, plus we had to do it out of state (which only added to our stress/difficulty of being able to find what we were looking for), but Kelsie went above and beyond to help us find our home! Her video tours are extremely thorough and informative. No dark attic or shed was left out! If you have a concern, she is immediately looking into it to get you the most updated answers. Kelsie is by far the best realtor in the Hampton area! She made me feel comfortable and confident during the process! It is an extremely stressful time being a first time and solo buyer, while working with Kelsie the thought of actually buying a house didn’t scare me at all! Kelsie Edwards did a fantastic job finding my husband and me our house. Although she is a younger agent her work ethic is that of an old soul. She is extremely professional and very articulate and intelligent. There wasn’t one question asked that she couldn’t answer. She was also extremely efficient and always answered her phone. My daughter and her husband raved about Kelsie when she helped them buy their house so we felt like we would be in great hands and we were, the absolute best!!! Where do I begin?!! From having a terrible experience with another realtor and a short timeline, Kelsie’s optimism and hard work was such a huge help in getting me my first home. She got my house a month and half before my timeline!!! Which not only was perfect for me, but during that time, she made sure I was stress free and made sure I understood everything in this process. We have been searching with her for MONTHS (budget vs inventory), she was very patient with us no matter how many showings we did or how many texts/calls she had to deal with! Mrs. Edwards has extraordinary professionalism, work ethic and is very passionate in what she does.
This was my first time purchasing a home and she took the time to explain everything and never left out any details, even if I asked her the same question multiple times. She was never rude nor moody despite my lack of knowledge. She encouraged me to ask questions and never wanted me to have any doubts. Mrs. Edwards is a woman that takes pride in her work she takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and guides you accordingly. Although she is very professional throughout this process, I noticed how much she cares for her clients! Because honestly, she was my rock during this whole process and stuck with me until the end! Upon our first meeting with Kelsie, she made a commitment to sell our house in a timely manner and at top dollar. We had a new house we were moving into by the end of the month and were in a time crunch to sell our home. Kelsie is amazing! It has been the best real estate experience I have ever encountered. She almost has all of the answers before you even have to ask. Kelsie is a go getter. She has worked and exceeded any expectations I had. If I contact her she responds like I'm her only client, when I know she has several others in waiting as well. I have never had someone represent me with the passion and professionalism she exudes regardless of the transaction. She is very knowledgeable of real estate and the current market.
