Kelvin McPherson was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. We purchased a newly constructed home that had some concerns. We were unavailable do conduct a walk-through, he stepped right in. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made the purchase process simple. He’s definitely the guy we are calling with all of our future real estate needs.

I have used realestate agent for buying and selling my homes in the last 25 years. I have bought and sold my home throughout my military carreer and now in my retirement. Kelvin by far the best realestate agent that I have encountered. He very professional and very knowledgeable in assisted in selling my home. He sold my property on the 1st week after we listed on the market while I was away in vacation. Kelvin assisted me in understanding of all aspect details in closing of my home.
