Kemish Hendershot

Kemish started framing houses in 1996 and began building custom homes in 2006, adding real estate services in 2015.

In 2018 Kemish pursued an opportunity to partner on a 97-bed assisted living community in Anchorage, AK, managing the project through construction, overseeing the opening of the new community, and managing business operations for four years until the building was stabilized and operating at a profit.

Kemish has a degree in Business Management, speaks Spanish, and when not working, loves outdoor adventures. More than anything he enjoys spending time with his wife of 24 years and their four children and is excited to be back in Utah (born in Provo) working in real estate.
