The Ken Abramowitz Group did an excellent job in selling my mother's condo for me. Chris and MJ were a pleasure to work with. Efficient and courteous they kept me constantly notified of how the sale was progressing and answered all my questions and inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

We would like to nominate Mr. Ken for the realtor "Hall of Fame. " He exemplifies the perfect real estate agent and many other prestigious titles. After interviewing several agents, and considering a multitude of friends of family with realtor licenses, we decided Kam Khazai was going to be our best representative. The decision paid off quickly. His network of contractors made it easy for us to get our house ready for showing quickly. There were at least a few challenging conversations he expertly negotiated on our behalf. We closed with a full price offer in about 30 days during what we thought was going to be a tough time to sell.
