Michaela and I are so grateful we had Ken as our realtor. Looking for a home during the COVID-19 pandemic was stressful. Demand was high and supply was low. It seemed everything we looked at was overpriced and we were outbid on everything we considered. Ken was able to find us our first home, with in months, at a more than fair price and in an area we love. I would highly recommend using Ken as a realtor to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ken Banks is a fantastic realtor who worked tirelessly under a tight time-frame to help find the perfect home for our family. I was in constant communication with Ken many off-hours - late in the evening, early in the morning, etc. - and Ken was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. Additionally, he was open to working around my schedule for viewing various properties.

After the sale, Ken was a big help in getting me in touch with a contractor to do some significant renovations, which turned out great.

Ken helped us buy our very first home and he was a pleasure to work with. He was always on point with sending us houses that were our style and within our budget, and he was quick to set up appointments. Ken was always available to chat and happily answered all of our questions. The market was extremely competitive when we were house shopping due to Covid and thanks to Ken's advice and guidance, the first offer we made was accepted among many other offers. We are now so happy in our dream house. Ken even came over after we moved in to help us with a heating issue we had. Overall, he was savvy, smart and extremely helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more.
