I chose Ken Garcia as my agent because he presented himself in such a professional manner. He also has a top-notch marketing team behind him that no other agent I know has. I expected Ken to get a top price and a fast sale on my property and that was exactly what I got. My transaction was handled much better than even my high expectations led me to believe it would be. If I was in the market to buy or sell a property, my first and final call would be to Ken Garcia. Don't make the mistake of hiring a lesser agent, you'll just have to switch later. Start with the best and you'll be a much happier client.

Ken got it done - I had the property listed with 2 other agents - it never seemed like they even cared that they had the listing. Ken got after it - marketed the heck out of it, showed it to his past clients who were looking for similar properties and we got an offer. Top shelf is all I can say. thank you - when I buy or sell again, I'll be calling you --- and I will recommend you to my friends who are in the market of buying or selling a house.
