He is retired military, so he understands the difficulties of a military move. He has done the house hunting trips. His family has gone through the experiences of the spouse being deployed or transferred ahead while the other is staying back to sell the house. He has also been flipping houses for since 2012. Nothing like HGTV, but he does have experience in evaluating properties and finding ways to increase the value of a home.
