Updated: March 2026 - we just sold our house with Ken. Despite the stale market, we were one if the first homes in the neighborhood to sell after the new year, and its all thanks to Ken. From advising us about pricing, timing, and repairs - Ken is your guy. Additionally we want to thank him for helping with repairman coordination and opening doors for us since we lived more than an hour away.

As a fellow resident in the neighborhood, Ken has been nothing but a kind neighbor who was willing to help out with the yearly property tax appeal. Very easy to work with and responsive! He has also recently helped me in my journey of finding a new tenant for my rental home in Atlanta. After having a bad experience with a previous tenant, I was a bit discouraged. But Ken was able to assure me on best practices and ways to minimize such risks. He was open to listening to my needs and concerns but also vocal in expressing his thoughts and advice.

Five stars for Ken and his team! We first met Ken through our neighbors raving about his service. We were in need of a new company to find us a new tenant for our rental property. We first discussed our needs and knew instantly that we were on the same page. He pulled through and found us a great tenant.

Fast forward a year later and we decided to use Ken again to find our forever home. He was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We were looking in Suwanee, which is a trek from Atlanta so we appreciate him showing us homes on the weekend and even getting us a last minute showing late in the evening. In addition to being the ultimate professional, he is kind, funny, charming, and stylish. In all seriousness, he knows his stuff when it comes to real estate. There were quite a few obstacles along the way with dealing with a relocation company and seller who were often unresponsive to getting back an appraisal that was 15K under the offer we made. Ken dealt with each issue with efficiency, and knowledge that can only be found in realtors who are PASSIONATE and great at what they do. He submitted the appraisal appeal and got the deal through!
