Ken was an exceptional realtor, he is consistent and very hard working. After I switched to Ken as my realtor, I immediately saw results. With his guidance I made some adjustments to my property and I had more requests for showings. He and his team helped me get out a difficult situation where an unconscionable company had placed a lien on my property were refusing to remove it. We got through it and I was able to close on time. I highly recommend Ken, he continues to give it 100% until the property is sold.

We first met Ken in 2022 while searching for a rental townhome, and somehow he managed to help us land what truly became our dream home. What started as a realtor-client relationship quickly turned into something much more personal — we’d run into him and his family at the neighborhood pool every summer, and he always made a point to check in and remind us to reach out whenever we were ready for the next step.

At the beginning of this year, we finally did.

From day one, Ken made the entire home-buying process feel approachable and exciting instead of stressful. He helped guide our search, walked open houses with us, answered every random question we had, and connected us with an incredible mortgage broker who went above and beyond for us throughout the process. Ken was the seller’s agent on our purchase and he still impressed us enough to warrant five stars.
My husband and I first met him during rental tours and noticed right away that he gives you the real on market conditions, pricing, and neighborhoods. No overselling, no pressure. During the purchase process itself, he helped keep things moving on the paperwork front and, when we ran into pushback at closing, he intervened and got it done.
True to his slogan, Ken makes it simple. Whether buying, renting, or selling, wherever life takes us next, we’d work with Ken again without hesitation.
