Ken Licht

Ken has been working in the wonderful profession of assisting buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their real estate properties for over 36 years. Understanding the special needs of seniors and their families is my one of his strongest traits and he truly enjoys working with the "over 55 " population. Trust and probate sales make up the majority of business transactions. While experienced in foreclosure and "short sales", Ken emphasizes his professionalism in the sale of condominiums, single family homes, land, and multi-unit properties in all markets. He has worked with many local attorneys on family and trust sales and is frequently called upon by the Marin County Public Administrators Office and Public Guardian's Office to help transact sales in conjunction with County government.

Referral business from past clients, friends, and neighbors who continue to support Ken’s business by referring their friends and family make every day a rewarding experience. Prior to becoming a top Marin County sales agent Ken graduated from U.C. Davis and had a rewarding ten-year career as a Supervising Park Ranger with the Marin County Open Space District. Volunteer work has enriched his life, and he especially enjoyed working as a civic Parks Commissioner and in animal rescue and rehabilitation, and as a hospice volunteer.

A Marin County native, Ken grew up in San Anselmo, has lived all throughout Marin County and was an active student and athlete at Sir Francis Drake High School (now Archie Williams H.S.). He is most proud of his daughter Geneva who followed in his footsteps as sports champion and straight A student. Steve is a lifelong resident of Marin County and currently resides in San Rafael.
