We have known Ken Martin for seventeen years since he assisted us in purchasing our present home in l999. Ken is professional and efficient in his work. We were impressed with Ken's hard working business ethics; he listens to his clients and has the ability to find just the right homes to preview. It didn't take long for us to find the home we love and still live in. My mother recently moved nearby and Ken was able to find a home for her in less than one week, and when she moved away he found a buyer for her home, again, in less than one week. Ken was also always available for questions if we needed answers. He was efficient and on time during closing and in working with bank personnel. We would not hesitate to recommend Ken as an excellent Realtor for our friends or any potential home buyer!
