About Ken
In 1986 Ken moved his family to Colfax. They lived in Sacramento, and he wanted to get them away from the rat race of city living. They looked for property for two years prior to moving, wanting to find the perfect place. In those two years Ken learned some very valuable information about Wells, Perc and Mantle tests, Septic Systems designs, permits, easements, property lines, water rights, the process of developing land to support a home and much more. Three days after closing on his property he was laid off from his job with the railroad. It was one of the best things to happen to him. Ken decided to take all the knowledge he obtained over the past 2 years and start a career in real estate. So, in 1986 he became a realtor and over the past 23 years he has continued to learn what it takes to be a good agent to help his clients buy or sell their property. His specialties are residential homes and land development.
