We cannot say enough praises for Ken Price! We had been with 2 agents prior to Ken...we were ready to give it a break since it was going into winter, and typically that's a slow time for selling, but we by chance met Ken, and he talked us into putting it back on the market. Let me tell you, he had 2 contracts within the first 3 weeks!!! He works so hard to make the process go smoothly and handles every detail!! I will recommend him without hesitation!!

Ken is the absolute best. I found him when I first moved to Atlanta and have used him for every real estate transaction I have had since. He is very knowledgeable and has plenty of resources for lending, inspections, and closing. He has made the process of buying so much better by just knowing what to do and having helpful resources to make a closing happen. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home. He will not disappoint.
