About Ken

Ken has been a proud resident of the North Bay Area for over 18 years, and he considers it the perfect place to call home. With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Ken works with a wide range of individuals—from first-time homebuyers taking their first step toward homeownership, to seasoned investors expanding their portfolios, to homeowners looking to upsize or downsize. His dedication to his clients is evident, as he remains with them every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Before transitioning into real estate, Ken and his family made a significant impact in the local community by opening Gorilla's Coffee and Espresso in Rohnert Park, the city's first and only family-owned coffee house. Over three years, Gorilla’s Coffee became a cornerstone of local support, sponsoring 42 local sports teams and educational groups from Petaluma to Windsor. Through fundraising events like car washes and personal sponsorships, they raised over $242,000, and the business was honored with the Sonoma County Spirit Award for its outstanding community service.

Ken's real estate career is marked by a proven track record of excellence. Since 2004, he has earned numerous accolades, including Top Producer and Top Sales awards, and was named Realtor of the Year every year from 2007 to 2016. He has consistently ranked among the top 35 sales agents in the North Bay Area and was recognized as the #1 Sales Agent in Rohnert Park by the Northern California Board of REALTORS®.

Outside of work, Ken is a dedicated family man. His two daughters keep him busy with their diverse interests. His youngest, born on the 4th of July, has a passion for everything from swimming and gymnastics to kickboxing, with dreams of becoming both an Olympic gold medalist and a world-renowned brain surgeon. His oldest daughter, now 21, is pursuing studies at Sacramento State, majoring in criminal justice and minoring in film production. Ken and his wife, Susan, are hopeful that one day she’ll be successful enough to help support their retirement. The family’s home is also lively with the presence of their four cats—Willow, Hobbes, Lucy, and Ricky—who keep the household full of activity and joy.
