Ken Sugarman

After growing up in Central Washington and attending college in Spokane, WA and Southern California, Ken and his wife settled here in Boise. Work took them back to Southern California for 15 years and Central Washington for 6 years before they returned to Boise in 2016. What a joy it is to live and work among the amazing people of the beautiful Treasure Valley!

Ken coached college basketball for 15 years and loved being a part of building his teams and encouraging his players. He also spent 6 years in sales and marketing, which gave him a deep understanding of the importance of building strong relationships, providing great service and interacting with integrity. Finding solutions that best meet Ken’s customer’s needs brings him great joy! He has a passion for people and real estate, and greatly looks forward to walking with you on your journey toward purchasing the perfect next home or finding the right buyer for your current home!
