Between buying and selling, we have used Kendall 5 times now to assist with these transactions and could not be more pleased with our experiences with her. She is very detail oriented, thorough and a top notch communicator. With her guidance and due diligence on staging and pricing, she was able to help us sell our home recently at 50k over asking price! The purchase of a recent home was a long and complicated process and Kendall was with us every step of the way, advocating for us and helping move things along in every way she could. We have worked with Kendall to buy two homes and sell one, and all were great experiences. She is incredibly responsive, patient, and is on top of every detail, no matter the time of day or day of the week. She clearly knows the market and was able to get us great prices for the houses we bought, and sell our house for $50k more than we bought it for. In addition to being at the top of her field, she’s also just fun to work with. I dragged her to over a dozen houses so it’s nice that spending time her is a pleasure. :) You won’t regret working with Kendall. Seriously, she’s a rockstar.

Kendall helped us find our first home. She was extremely professional as she listened to what we wanted in a home and looked hard to find it. She was able to schedule showings extremely fast and on our timeframe— even in the midst of a pandemic. Kendall was responsive and would answer phone calls or texts immediately.
