Kendall grew up here so it was great working with someone who really knows the area and where good places to live are vs which streets I should stay clear.

He was very quick to respond to all my questions, and would often drop whatever he was doing in order to go show me a house. He even came to pick me up to look at houses with him when I didn't have a car.

He worked for eight months with me, constantly looking at houses, and he was so patient and genuine. I know we would have found a place sooner but the whole Pandemic housing boom really made purchasing a house difficult. Regardless, I think any other realtor would have stopped working with me at that point because it was a loss of money/time. But not Kendall. He truly cares about the people he works with. He isn't just trying to make money and sell a house. He is trying to find you a home.

He is so wonderful to work with, going above and beyond, that I recommended him to my parents and my inlaws. My parents already purchased a GREAT house through him, despite the housing boom, and it was all over the phone without them ever even seeing the place. He is that good.

Whether you're looking for your first house and don't want to be steered wrong, or if you're an investor on the other side of the country and am needing an honest insider to look through homes for you, Kendall is your guy. 👌🏻

I have sold many properties but I have to say that Kendall was far superior to all realtors I have worked with in the past. He made me feel that I was part of his family in that he took care of every hurdle that appeared through this process. If you need a realtor, he is the go to!
