Kendall is a lifetime resident of Catonsville and chose Real Estate as her Full time Career in 1975. Kendall mentor was an amazing community leader who started a successful Real Estate company in 1956. Kendall’s son Michael A. Skirven chose to continue the family tradition in 2015 which makes him a fourth generation Realtor. Her philosophy has always been to never give up, complete every task from start to finish, greet everyone with a smile, be fair and honest. It has also been an immense pleasure to help people with the biggest investment of their lives and rewarding to me in helping them achieve the American dream. While the past 44 years in Real Estate has been something She is proud of, having 2 children, Michael & Kaitlin and raising them as a single parent and now being blessed having 2 beautiful grandchildren, Greyson & Michala her life has been totally fulfilled. So, whether you are buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interest. WOW!! We could not have worked with a better realtor. Kendall assisted us with the relocation of an elderly family member to their new forever home. Kendall was a joy to work with and was extremely patient as our family member made this move. She walked us through the processes, staged the house beautifully and assisted us with identifying professionals who could remedy all of the needed "fixes" from the inspection. Kendall was spot on with pricing and helping us consider all of the offers we received. We are extremely grateful to her for the care and attention that she showed our family as we navigated the sale and the move. We will definitely be working with Kendall in the future as well as referring her to our friends and family.

Kendall did an amazing job selling my parents house that they had lived in for fifty years. She understood the emotional attachment and was very patient and understanding with them. She explained the process well and walked them through each step to get it sold quickly and with minimal impact on them. Highly recommend !
