About Kendel

Hi, my name is Kendel and I am here to help you with your real estate goals. Have a question? I am approachable. Need something out of the ordinary? I can help you through the process. Whether you are a first time home buyer or selling your last home, I am here as your real estate expert. I remember what it was like to dream about owning my first home. I also know what if feels like to have a family put their real estate investment goals in my hands. I have owned properties outside of the United States. My family lives all over the world and thus so do our real estate endeavors. I am a native Oregonian and have lived in Portland most of life. I have lived and explored many parts of the city, finding that each neighborhood has its own feel and attractive amenities. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics that protects clients, the public and other real estate agents. I have earned and maintain a membership as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®). As an SRES designee, I have gained the expertise to meet seniors' unique needs throughout the real estate process. I regularly enhance my professional skills with supplemental training and workshops. The training includes topics such as providing exceptional service, market analysis, aging services and resources, negotiation, marketing and much more. I believe in continuing education and perpetual improvement. When I am not helping you with your real estate goals, I am spending quality time with my husband, our daughter and our many pets on our small farm. I take pleasure in tending to our chickens and ducks, volunteering with seniors and homeschooling our daughter. My favorite past time is competitive running. My new favorite release is Tai Chi. Kendel was wonderful to work with as our home buyer’s agent and helped us to find and close on our top choice of home in a difficult real estate market. My wife and I were first time home buyers moving to Oregon from out of state and were on tight time schedule to purchase a home, after accepting a job offer in Portland. Kendell worked with us tirelessly to guide us through the complicated and anxiety-inducing process of buying a home. She gave tour after tour (virtually since we were out of state) and thoughtfully addressed each of our questions and concerns as they came up. She gave frequent and thoughtful guidance at each step along the way. She is an excellent communicator and savvy in relating to others, including the seller’s agents. On a personal level she is warm, empathetic, honest, and down to earth. You can tell after interacting with her for a while that she is a great person on the inside. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced and professional real estate broker.

Kendel was amazing. I found my new house while she was on vacation and she helped find someone to help until she got back. Once she was back she helped every step of the way. She is helpful, hardworking, and reliable. Great realtor overall!
