About Kendra

Kendra is a Tennessee native who moved to Nashville in 2016 to start her life with her husband, Phil. The following year she became the Administrative Director for RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, where she developed a passion for real estate as she learned from some of the best in the business. Her hard work and ambition were quickly recognized, and in a short time, she was promoted to the role of Accounting/Administrative Manager where she learned the financial side of the business.

Inspired by her own experiences in buying and leasing homes, Kendra decided to become a real estate agent herself. She has always been passionate about helping others, and being an agent allows her to help people move into new and exciting phases of their lives with clarity and ease. Homeownership and property management have allowed her to realize her vision for an ideal home - a sanctuary for family and friends - and she wants to help others do the same.

Kendra has sold over $32 million in real estate in less than 5 years and was named RE/MAX Homes and Estates Rookie of the Year in 2021. She achieved Executive Club status with RE/MAX International within her first year of real estate, 100% Club in her second, and Platinum in her third!

She now works as a full-time Realtor as well as The Senior Financial Officer for RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. She is also a member of the Lipman Group Leadership team.
