Kendra helped my fiancée and I find a home
that we plan on growing a family in! We love
the house and all it has to offer. With the help
of Kendra, we were able to negotiate pricing
with the sellers to fit our needs. She is very
thorough, communicative, and ensures to
obtain any relevant information on whatever
home you are looking for. I could not have
asked for a better realtor. I recommend her to
anyone looking for a home including first time

Kendra is an AMAZING realtor! She helped us prep our home, before putting it on the market, and showed us how inexpensive upgrades go a long way! Our home was only on the market 24 hours and this was in 2018 before the current boom. She then helped us find the most amazing home and though we wanted it so bad she help us negotiate and get in $25,000 below ask with some additions included. And we were buying new from the builder! You need to use her!!!

I have worked multiple times with Kendra and each experience has been amazing. She communicates, she cares, she even drove with her husband over an hour to do a repair to close on time because the listing side was not able to get the repair completed correctly after multiple attempts. Kendra was very patient with me every time we went house hunting. She never tried to talk me into a house I didn't like. She always communicated with me and reminded me of important tasks that had to be done. She was always on top of everything.
