A true Texan at heart, Kendrick grew up working on his family’s ranch in Cuero before heading off to earn a Bachelor of Science in industrial distribution at Texas A&M. After graduating, Kendrick spent a successful 18-plus years in sales management and construction sales for several construction and chemical companies. Through the years, he’s perfected his expertise in business, marketing, engineering, and salesmanship, and he’s happy to optimize these skills on behalf of his real estate clients.
Ever since he was young, Kendrick has watched his father and uncle excel in the rural real estate business, so the rewards of the position have always remained on his radar. Blending the sales skills he sharpened in his previous jobs with his deep familiarity with his home turf, Kendrick earned his license in 2007 and has thrived in the industry ever since.
