Kendrick showed me a lot of homes throughout metro denver, and was able and willing to schedule showings at short notice after I finished work which was very convenient. he did not pressure me to sign an exclusive right to buy with only him until I put in an offer on a home, unlike some other real-estate agents. very pleased with the results.

Kendrick will work with you to make your desires a reality. Kendrick and his team is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Kendrick was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and they did!

Kendrick is the best! He is a super friendly guy and I thoroughly enjoyed touring houses with him. But he really gets top marks for his negotiation skills. He saved me a bunch of money by convincing the seller to do repairs on the place before I moved in.
