About Kenneth

Ken has been in the Real Estate business since 2000. Prior to getting his license, he always had a passion for the Real Estate market, from construction of new homes to the development of multiple subdivisions. Ken was born and raised in Dubuque and married his high school sweetheart, Annette Roling, in 1984. Annette, works from their home for a computer software company in CA. They have 2 daughters, Katie has graduated with a Master of Accounting degree from St. Ambrose University and is working in Cedar Rapids, IA. Traci has graduated with a Biomedical Engineering degree from St. Louis University and is working in Minneapolis, MN. When Ken is not serving his clients or working on his latest real estate project, he is enjoying spending time with his family and friends. They enjoy participating in the many summertime golfing events in their area and traveling for relaxation and sight-seeing adventures. Due to Ken's training and experience, he has an impressive knowledge of real estate techniques and marketing strategies, as well as an extensive familiarity with the Dubuque and surrounding areas. Over the years, he has managed and listed diverse properties, including single family homes, multi-acre farms, rental properties and large commercial properties. Along with his Real Estate business at RE/MAX Advantage Realty, Ken has recently expanded his business ventures to include a Real Estate Auction Service. Partnering with a local Auctioneer, Mark J. McClain, they have established McK Real Estate Auction Co. to provide their clients with top-notch real estate auction services, specializing in home, farm, and land sales.
