Ken Lena is a Phoenix-based real estate agent and co-founder of The Lena Group, a husband-and-wife team built on heart, hustle, and a genuine passion for helping families find where they truly belong. Before real estate, Ken spent 14 years serving as a police officer in Illinois. That experience shaped the way he shows up today, with integrity, strong communication, and a true commitment to putting people first. Those values carry into every conversation, every showing, and every negotiation, giving his clients confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.
Ken and his wife, Lisa, built The Lena Group with a vision of doing things differently. They believe real estate should feel personal, not transactional, supportive, not overwhelming. Outside of real estate, Ken is all about family. He and Lisa are proud parents of four kids, and they love spending time together, staying connected through their church community, and enjoying everything Arizona living has to offer.
