This was the second time I had used the Klaus Team to sell a home. I was very pleased with the outcome on my first sale so naturally I chose them again for the sale of my townhome. I was looking for a quick sale and the listing and sale were both accomplished in about a month! I received an offer slightly over the asking price and accepted it in order to accomplish my goal. I did not purchase another home, choosing instead to move into a senior establishment. I dealt with Kraig Klaus and he was a great help to me and even arranged for me to have some updating of my unit done. I highly recommend the entire Klaus team.

Ty and Christine did a fantastic job for us. Our sale didn’t exactly go smoothly. We had a buyer back out at the eleventh hour….right before they would have lost their earnest money. We had a moving company lined up to move us to the Atlanta area which we had to cancel and were close to losing the home we were purchasing along with our earnest money. Ty never gave up and set up an open house for the following weekend. Got another offer as a result of the open house, however, the buyer was only able to put down 5% which meant the sale hinged on the appraisal. All the appraisals prior had been notoriously low, which made it a real nail biter. Miraculously the appraisal came in $5K over the sale price. We then had one week to close on both properties and secure a moving company. Long and short……we did it thanks to Ty and Christine’s amazing help. We’re eternally grateful to the Klaus team.

House Sold Quickly With a Twist!
We wanted to sell our home as is and our Klaus realtor Susanne Lynch was able to tell us about a program that would involve OpenDoor. She took a video and pictures then a week later we had an offer on our home. We decided to accept and only then did we become known to OpenDoor. Well it seems like yesterday that my wife and I were meeting at our home with Kraig and Angela to discuss its sell and the purchase of another home. Kraig would serve his clients even better if at critical points of the transaction (contingency release, document signature of amendments confirmed, etc.) he would personally call his client rather than text or email. We were first-time homebuyers with no knowledge about buying a house and being a first-time home buyers, we were a little intimidated at first. Luckily, we found Matthew.

Matthew helped 2 of our friends and they did recommend him to us.
We spoke with him over the phone and soon we made contact.

We discovered The Klaus Team by a random search online when we decided to sell our home and purchase another. We were set up with Susanne soon after. She understood we were on “crunch time” and had only a little over 2 months until our baby was born. Susanne got to work and aggressively looked into options to sell our home in San Tan Valley quick. We ended up going through Opendoor to purchase our home. With the help of her recommended loan officer, Steve from Loan Depot, things moved FAST! After we accepted the offer from Opendoor, we were able to start looking at purchasing in our desired location of Gilbert. If you're looking for a full service realty company, this is it! Kenny was right on from beginning to the day of the sale. Honesty & integrity every step of the way. He gave great advice all along each step. We followed his advise & it made all the difference. He has great contractors to work with who were real go getters. Day of loading our washer shut off valves broke off requiring a plumber. Kenny's office manager, Christine, took over the problem & had a plumber out within 2 hours. This made us feel very comfortable and confident of our decision when we landed on our final house (in less than 3months from the time we started our search to a initial down payment). Made a complicated cross-country move to the East PHX Valley and had to stay in a small hotel room from arrival to deal close, which made our transition that much more difficult. Everyone bent over backwards to expedite what became a near-seamless process. This can easily be an in-house, one-stop shop operation if desired, which is what we did - agent, finance and title within feet of each other, just pick a door. All documentation submissions and signings were easily done electronically, then printed. Rick, Steve, Theresa and Heidi [@ satellite office] were just exceptional - accessible, patient and helpful, would absolutely recommend and be a return client.

I worked with Emily and Ty during my home hunting process! I started about 1 and half year ago with Emily. She was amazing and always very helpful in her recommendations with the house; being a first time buyer.. I really enjoyed working with her then she had to take sometime off from work but then Ty took it over. I should mention that it was smooth transition. Everyone at Klaus team I have interacted with are really helpful and proactive and guide you through the entire process. Now finally I am closing my house on 11/21. Massive sales exposure. Team is deeply staffed. Someone always answers the phone. This was an out of town sale. A team member frequently opened up and checked on our unoccupied home and gave us a report. Team hired a contractor to fix the few maintenance items identified in the buyer's inspection report. Fantastic agency to work with. We relocated across the country, and our agent got us in to see nearly 30 homes in 3 days! Our agent was very knowledgeable of the area and really made an effort to find the home with the features and price point we were looking for. Communication and follow-through, which is so essential when you're navigating this process from 2000+ miles away and relying on your agent to act in your behalf, was top-drawer. I would like to start off by saying that this review is both great regarding The Kenny Klaus Team/Travis Flores and also bad regarding the lender Movement Mortgage/Michael Pherson that your company used. Travis Flores is a great man and a great Realtor and your company should be proud to have someone with such professionalism and excellent care and concerns with my families need. We trust Travis Flores and your company fully, but have been quite disappointed by who your company trusted my families life with. We got all the way to paying for the inspection and were going to put the earnest money down on the home that the seller had accepted our offer, and got a call from Mr Pherson regarding that his practices were not done correctly because he went on vacation and put our acceptance in an assistants hand and we were not approved for the home making us look like fools and it is such an embarrassment for what we are gonna have to go thru to make this right and try and find another home before we have no where to live due to our lease being up and the notice given because we thought we were secure in getting the home that Travis Flores found for us and paperwork we had approving our loan through Michael Pherson. Again we are giving Travis Flores the chance to help us through this nightmare because we do trust him and The Kenny Klaus Team fully, but your company needs to take a hard look at who you use for lenders.
