Kent was an amazing partner to help us find our first home in Washington. He is a great agent with a genuine passion for Real Estate and helping people achieve their goals.

Kent's has a background in construction. He would point out important details while we looked at houses and it really helped us understand the differences in the houses we saw from a construction perspective. It was very reassuring to have him as a resource to ask questions on home builds. It wasnt unusual for strangers to ask him about the home construction at an open house! His expertise and the time he spent to educate me gave me confidence when making the final decision on the home I bought. BEST POSSIBLE AGENT. Kent is truly amazing. I was relocating from Hawaii He had never met me, and I had never been to Washington, but a friend told me he was good so I called him. He saved me from a bad purchase I was about to make. Helped me find a great neighborhood. He was my eyes and ears through the entire process. He has great contacts that work hard to make your purchase easy, but isn’t pushy about using them if you want to get your own. I trusted Kent, and bought a house sight unseen. He closed it in 3 WEEKS! To save me money on an Airbnb, he worked his tail off arranging inspections, appraisals and coordinating with title and lender. I didn’t have to stress about anything. I love my house, and now I consider Kent a friend. Look no further!

Kent is knowledgeable about home construction and points out things that a prospective buyer might not see. In this extremely competitive market, it is refreshing to meet a realtor who isn't just trying to get you into any home. Kent helped me avoid duds that were later sold well above asking by pointing out foundational issues and landscaping problems.

Though we were affected by the competition just like everyone else, Kent got me into a home that fits my lifestyle and in my desired location for well within my budget. I cannot stress how difficult it was to thread this needle but he helped me seal the deal and for less than the original offer we presented.

He also helped sell my home above homes sold in the same exact townhome community!

Kent is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly realtors I’ve ever dealt with . He looked high and low in the homes he showed my fiancé and me for any flaws or beneficial features. He made sure I was educated on the market at the time of my purchase, weighed ideas with me such as town house Vs. a rambler , Puyallup Vs Tacoma. He’s willing to go the extra mile with you to make sure your happy and never makes you feel like he’s on the clock. If you have questions he has answers or at there very least has a connection in the industry to get your question answered.

Kent is an amazing realtor. We not only had a challenging situation with our home to get it sold, but it was sold right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic (the process started before the pandemic started), so we were definitely throwing Kent a hardball with the sale of our home.

But he was a source of encouragement and peace in a time of tumult for us as a family, not to mention everything going on in the country at the time, and made the process so much better and smoother than it otherwise could have been. He also got top dollar for our house, against all odds and with much perseverance. More than that, though, he was extremely responsive and made us feel like we were his only clients at the time with the amount of care and attention he gave to us during this very stressful time of moving out of our house.

Kent Beahler went above and beyond what is expected in broker. Words and space are not adequate to describe this man’s work ethic and willingness to insure that this took place. From the end of January to November a time period that required 4 stages: moving my sister to an assisted living apartment, then there was liquidating the contents of the house, my sister was a hoarder, he helped in finding find a company to do the liquidation. This daunting task was made easy by Kent’s encouragement and helping to prepare for the liquidation. Once the house was emptied then it had to be prepared for sale and again it would not have achieved the outstanding results without his expertise in finding the right contractors and the best prices for the materials.
The end result was an exceptional man who accomplished a miracle for which I will never forget. It could be said of Kent when the going gets difficult that is when Kent excelled in smoothing out the rough spots.
You want Kent when you have a difficult house you need to sell. His expertise is exceptional and he is always positive when it it seems impossible.
In short, I would without any hesitation, you need Kent to sell your house

Kent was amazing during our home buying process. Assisted us in random questions and concerns we had as first time home buyers in way that was understandable. He helped us get some amazing programs that my wife and I didn’t think we could possibly get to get into our house very inexpensively. He went above and beyond on checking the house and explaining to us what the possible items would be on an inspection to help us make and informed decision on purchasing our house.
