Welp, bought my first home and my oh my was it a rollercoaster. Luckily I had Kent to help me through it. Not only was he very knowledgeable about any and all possibilities, he was extremely communicative as well. A lot of uncertainty goes into buying a home and I felt like I was in good hands. Every worried phone call I made to him was answered and explained in a very truthful manner which I highly value. I couldn't have (mentally) done it without him.

Kent was great from the very beginning, finding me a property to purchase and to the closing. Kent was more concerned in finding the right property than just making a sale. On this property he and I talked
at 7:30 AM and he got me in to see it at 10:30 AM. I signed a contract the next day and closed on it 4 weeks later. I was able to make this purchase at the right price before others could make an offers thanks to Kent.
Now I am now in the process of selling property in another state and with the proceeds I plan to buy here close to home....Kent is looking for the right property to fit my needs..
