Kent Swartz is pleased to announce that he is now serving as a Real Estate Referral Agent of the KPG REFERRAL SERVICES, LLC., and will be happy to continue hearing from his many valued past and future clients as to their particular real estate needs. Kent has knowledge of and relationships with the many excellent agents in our area that are best suited for specific requirements, and he can direct his clients to the best agent to assist them.
Although Kent has recently retired from his real estate business at Keller Williams Real Estate, he is still delighted to share in his knowledge of beautiful Northeastern Pennsylvania as he and his wife, Joanne, are lifelong residents of our area. Together they have over 50 years of real estate experience and were known for their excellent client service with an honest and ethical approach to the business. Kent has served as the President of the Pike-Wayne Association of REALTORS and has twice been honored as their REALTOR of the YEAR. He is a graduate of Penn State University, a veteran of the US Air Force, and served in the White House Communications Agency for which he received the Presidential Service Badge and Certificate. He is a former agricultural schoolteacher at Wayne Highlands High School, and has also served as the Executive Director for the USDA Farm Service Agency both here and in Arizona. Kent and Joanne were instrumental in bringing Keller Williams Real Estate into our area in 2010 which has now grown into a market center with over 100 excellent real estate professionals.
